The HeartMath breathing was very easy and helpful. All you had to do was breath! While using HeartMath you feel very relaxed, chilled out and not as stressed. This helped me a lot as school was starting. In the mornings I would feel very stressed but I did my breathing and it calmed me right away. I would definitely recommend this to other teenagers! The Heartmath program was a learning experience for us all. My girls, ages 12 and 10, we are able to see how concentrating on their breathing could bring down their heart rate and produce a sense of calm. They both enjoyed the activities and were excited to see their progress. Candice was amazing to work with and was supportive throughout the duration of our program. It was a fun activity for us to all engage in. I highly recommend!

I just wanted to thank you for allowing me to be part of your HeartMath Program. It is always surprising to me that such simple changes can make a difference in calming people. I get so busy that I forget to take the time for those extra deep breath‘s. It calms your whole system. When I wake up in the night and feel anxiety I’ve been breathing more, when I’m driving my car I’ve been breathing. As the study shows you how to breathe and how much deeper to breathe it’s really helpful. It’s also good to be able to track your heart rate as this is happening, Because you can see how it goes up and down dependent on your breathe.
I personally think all children should be given this chance to see how they can calm themselves, with simple breathe. Every single time I did the breathing exercises through your computer I felt calmer.
You have so much information to share with everyone. I’m looking forward to seeing what you do next.
