Children's Yoga
I'm excited to announce that we'll be hosting a Halloween Children's Yoga Class on October 28th at 11:00 am! This fun-filled class will last for 45 minutes, and we invite all children to join us in their costumes for a spooky and enjoyable yoga experience.
Please note that for children aged 4 to 6, we kindly request that they be accompanied by a parent or adult throughout the session to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
