5. Cognitive Enhancement– Strengthening cognitive abilities through activities designed to improve memory, focus, and problem-solving skills.
6. Mindfulness Practices—Introduce exercises to promote mindfulness, helping participants stay present and improve overall well-being.
7. Understanding the Human Body– Providing scientific knowledge about the human body to foster better self-awareness.

Pricing: 

​Once you book a session, you'll receive an email confirmation. Please complete the brief form and submit payment to secure your session.

Pricing:
The fee is $20.00 for a 15-minute session. All sessions are confidential and must be prepaid via Zelle or Venmo.
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. However, we are happy to reschedule your session if needed.
