About the Retreat:
Difficult emotions are part of life. Sometimes we feel the pain or grief is too much to bear. Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati states, “Where there is attachment to the world, there is always fear and pain.” Would you like to learn how to break free and obtain a sense of liberation? This retreat is for everyone and offers opportunities to reflect and to learn to live in freedom.
In addition, there will be an opportunity for silence. Have you noticed the amount of noise surrounding you each day? In today’s world, we are constantly around phones, television, traffic, and just everyday sound pollution. Furthermore, the internal noise from responsibilities, such as stress from work, and personal relationships are constantly inhibiting us from embracing the present moment. During this retreat, you will be able to unplug and begin to break free from the mental chatter and allow some time for you to bask into a little silence (a break from the external world).
During this retreat you will experience the joy of yoga practice combined with meditation and breathing exercises.
